What is Love Your Melon?
The Love Your Melon Foundation is a non-profit dedicated to providing warm hats to children fighting cancer in America. Through it's Buy One–Give One program, Love Your Melon is able to go into hospitals and provide comfy hats to children during their difficult time. Their hats do much more than keep their heads warm, they restore confidence. Love Your Melon’s gifts help create smiles on the faces of children battling cancer and make them feel comfortable after losing their hair due to chemotherapy. For every product purchased, another of equal value is given to a child battling cancer.
Tau Mu Tau has joined forces with an amazing organization. Every product you purchase provides a hat to a child fighting cancer. When you are ready to purchase, REMEMBER TO SELECT GUSTAVUS ADOLPHUS COLLEGE! Once we sell a certain amount as a team, we get to deliver these hats to the children in the hospitals. Love Your Melon Day

On Love Your Melon Day we were able to help spread the word about Love Your Melon on campus, as well as deliver hats at Saint Mary's Hospital in Rochester, MN. At the hospital we made super hero masks with the kids which was an absolute blast. Back on campus we tabled in the caf and gave out wristbands, stickers, and info cards.
